Lorna
The Coach behind Livin.
Started training people who’d been told the gym wasn’t for them. Hasn’t stopped.
Most coaches sell programmes. Lorna built Livin because the people she most wanted to coach — the older woman who’d gone quiet about her body, the man in his 30s drifting through his own life — weren’t finding rooms that took them seriously.
So she made one.
She coaches body, mind, and heart because the three are the same conversation under different names. She talks plainly because the people she works with don’t need to be sold to. She believes the work is the proof.
She's in perimenopause herself — the strength that's harder to keep, the sleep that doesn't always cooperate. She trains through it, and trains other women through it.
